You can duplicate these steps using different models, stocks, etc and come up with your own style, do not copy exactly, put your own twist and style into it.

1. Open up your canvas 700X110
2. Paste your first screencap and resize, place them, and hard cut them. (prep if needed)
3. Paste your second screencap and resize, place them, and hard cut them. (prep if needed)
4. Paste your third screencap and resize, place them, and hard cut them. (prep if needed)
5. Paste your fourth screencap and resize, place them, and hard cut them. (prep if needed)
I did not include how to arrange them ^, bc I feel like that should be how you want.

6. Paste your fifth screencap under the others, resize it, and on the left side of the canvas. Paste it again on the right side, resize and hard cut the green to frame whatever model you have on the far right side. Then paste it and resize again to feel in that space, and show more of Eiffel Tower.
7. Paste your first texture, make it into a mask and using a medium soft brush to show it on the canvas where you need it, I placed it on the edges and a bit on top and bottom on the models.
*it’s the seventh one in the pack.

8. Paste your first stock and gaussian blur it and place it on softlight.
9. Paste your second stock, and place it on multiply 50% and using one of the lightest color on that stock paint over the models if needed.

10. Paste your second texture, and place it on softlight.

11. Paste your third texture, and place it on softlight.
*It’s the first one in the pack
12. Paste your foruth texture, and place it on hardlight.
*This texture is by so-ghislaine, it was apart of a pack that was premium/points, if I would have thought of it I would have used something else, but a similar look can be achieved with a lightish gradient colors from left to right orange/yellow, pink, purple, aqua/blue.
13. Add text
*fonts used wet dream, little brushy regular, & century gothic.

14. Add first PSD on 50%
*called feels good from the psd called nananananana from the pack.
15. Add second PSD on 50%
16. Add a raster layer and fill with #7dc0cf and then using a medium soft-ish brush paint the left side eacd38. Then place on softlight 50%.
17. Then copy merge and paste as a new layer, desaturate, add contrast, motion blur, and smudge. Then place on softlight.
18. Copy merge and paste as a new layer, then add topaz clean (if you have it) and place on 50%
19. Copy merge and paste as a new layer, and smart sharpen and 50% || 0.5
