Vegan Sliders
How to make these tasty black bean vegan sliders, that would be perfect for a party or BBQ.

Ingredients
1 onion
1 package of mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
1 can of black beans
1 can of white beans
roughly 3/4 of a cup of pickled beets *optional
garlic salt
seasoning salt
salt
black pepper
hoisin sauce
liquid smoke
a cap full of acv
creole seasoning
corn starch

Instructions
Drain and rinse your beans, then use either a food processor, potato masher, or fork.
Chop up and cook until desired doneness the onion, mushrooms, and garlic cloves.
Add beets to the food processor, or mash them with the potato masher, or fork, if desired.
Mix everything together and add spices
Then add in the corn starch, add enough to where it is almost a playdough consistency, the burgers should be formable at this point.
Form the sliders.
I like to put my sliders in my nuwave oven (an airfryer or regular oven should do), I feel like it helps keep the sliders together better, but it’s not a necessary step. Only a few minutes on each side.
Then add some olive oil to the skillet and sear on each side for roughly 3-5 minutes each.
Then put the slider on small vegan buns with your choice condiments.
